4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tpower1 provides a range of convenient payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The transaction limits set by the platform are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

• Keep your password and account login details confidential
